Fully refurbished to a very high standard in October 2008, the pub has a new modern, very stylish look. Flooring is a mixture of tiles, wood and carpets. Lots of mirrors and pictures as well as comfortable chairs and sofas give the place a homely feel, ideal for business meetings as well as social events. Good food is served all day with our excellent offer of 241 on all our main courses. For our youngest guests the pub has a wonderful purpose built Wacky Warehouse with a wide range of games and facilities at affordable rates. We also have an outdoor play area for the older children .The Plank & Leggit is situated opposite Sawley Marina, making the place an ideal location for holiday makers, local customers and passing trade. As well as the interior facilities we do have a beer garden at the rear as well as a dinning area at the front to make more enjoyable those sunny summer days.
